17. משפט בין־לאומי פרטי
(א)על חובת מזונות בין בני־זוג יחול דין מקום מושבם של בני־הזוג, ואם אין להם מקום מושב משותף, דין מקום מושבו של החייב.
(ב)על חובת מזונות של אדם לילד קטין יחול דין מקום מושבו של הילד.
(ג)על חובת מזונות אחרת לפי חוק זה יחול דין מקום מושבו של החייב.
