22. הגשת תלונה
תיקון: תשל״ז
נציב השירות או עובד שהשר הממונה על העובד ימנה לכך, רשאים להגיש לועדת משמעת תלונה על עבירת משמעת שהיא בסמכותה, ועובד שהוגשה עליו תלונה כאמור חייב להתייצב לפני הועדה במקום ובמועד שתקבע; תלונה לוועדת משמעת שלא מטעם נציב השירות, תוגש לנציב השירות, והוא יעבירה לוועדת המשמעת שיש לה סמכות בענין הנדון.
