23. סדרי דין בוועדת משמעת
תיקון: תשל״ז
ועדת המשמעת לא תשפוט עובד ולא תגבה עדות אלא בפניו; בכל הליך של ועדת משמעת תינתן לעובד הנוגע בדבר אפשרות להשמיע טענות, להביא ראיות ולחקור כל עד שהתייצב לפני הוועדה.
