54. משכורתו של מושעה שהורשע בבית הדין
מושעה שהורשע בבית הדין, רשאי בית הדין להחליט על פי בקשת הנשפט, אם ובאיזו מידה, תשולם לו משכורת לתקופת השעייתו, בהתחשב בין השאר עם הכנסותיו של הנשפט מכוח הסעיפים 49 ו־50.
