69. אין השעיה אלא על פי חוק
עובד המדינה לא יושעה בגלל עבירת משמעת או משום שהתחילה חקירת המשטרה נגדו אלא בהתאם להוראות הפרק הרביעי, או בהתאם לחוק אחר הקובע הוראה מפורשת בנדון.
