70. סמכויות ומינויים
תיקון: תשכ״ג, תשל״ד, תשל״ז
(א)עובד שהושעה, כל סמכות ומינוי שניתנו לו עקב היותו עובד המדינה, למעט מינוי על פי חוק המינויים, יותלו לתקופת ההשעיה; אולם מינוי כחבר בית הדין לא יותלה אלא באישור שר המשפטים.
(ב)מי שפוטר או נפסל לשירות לפי חוק זה, יפקעו כל סמכות ומינוי שניתנו לו עקב היותו עובד המדינה.
