20. איסור חקירה אגב שירותי שמירה
אדם או מוסד המקיימים שירותי שמירה במשרד או מפעל, לא יקבלו על עצמם, במישרין או בעקיפין, לנהל חקירה פרטית הנוגעת לאותו משרד או מפעל, ולא ישתמשו לצורך כל חקירה שהיא במסמכים המצויים באותו משרד או מפעל.
