ההוראות לפי חוק בתי דין מינהליים, למעט סעיפים 7, 20, 22 ו־45 לחוק האמור, יחולו בשינויים המחויבים ובשינויים המפורטים בחוק זה, על ערר ועל ועדת ערר.
