תיקון: תשע״ד
רב רושם נישואין כאמור בסעיף 2א לא יעשה, במישרין או בעקיפין, פרסומת לעיסוקו, אלא בהתאם לתקנות שקבע השר לשירותי דת, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ונשיא מועצת הרבנות הראשית.
