63. זקיפת חובות על חשבון גימלה

אוצר המדינה אינו רשאי לזקוף על חשבון גימלאות כספים המגיעים מן הזכאי אלא תביעות לסכומים אלה:
(1)מפרעות שקיבל הזכאי מאוצר המדינה על חשבון גימלאות;
(2)מילוות שקיבל הזכאי מאוצר המדינה או שאוצר המדינה ערב להן;
(3)סכומים ששולמו מאוצר המדינה בטעות ולמעלה מן המגיע על חשבון משכורת או גימלאות או מענק שחרור;
(4)סכומים שהזכאי קיבל מצד שלישי על חשבון פיצויים כאמור בסעיף 64.
