4. בקשה לרשיון
(א)בקשה לרשיון תוגש למנהל הכללי; היא תכלול פרטים על הענינים המפורטים בסעיף 9 ויצורפו לה תשריטים של מבני בית הספר ופרטים אחרים שנקבעו בתקנות.
(ב)המנהל הכללי יחליט בבקשה ויודיע על כך למבקש תוך ארבעה חדשים מיום הגשתה.
