103. עבירת משמעת
תיקון: תשס״ח־2, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
(א)עבירת משמעת היא עבירה הפוגעת בסדר הטוב ובמשמעת, והמנויה בתוספת השניה.
(ב)השר, באישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השניה.
