69. הקמת בתי סוהר
השר רשאי להכריז בהודעה, כי בנין פלוני או מחנה פלוני או מקום אחר הוא בית סוהר לפי פקודה זו, ורשאי הוא באותה דרך להכריז שבית סוהר פלוני יחדל להיות בית סוהר לענין פקודה זו.
