110טז. אב בית דין
תיקון: תשס״ח־2
(א)יושב בדין נשיא בית הדין – יהיה הוא אב בית הדין; לא יושב בדין נשיא בית הדין – יהיה הבכיר בדרגה אב בית הדין ואם אין בכיר בדרגה, ייקבע אב בית הדין על ידי נשיא בית הדין.
(ב)אב בית הדין ינהל את הדיון בישיבות בית הדין ורשאי הוא להורות כל הוראה הדרושה לקיום הסדר במקום הדיון.
