110יב. ייצוג סוהר בדין משמעתי
תיקון: תשס״ח־2, תשע״א
(א)סוהר שהוא נאשם, מערער או משיב בדיון לפני בית דין, רשאי להיות מיוצג על ידי עורך דין.
(ב)סוהר שהוא נאשם, משיב או עורר בדיון לפני דן יחיד, אינו רשאי להיות מיוצג.
