110מח. מינוי נשיא בית הדין לערעורים
תיקון: תשס״ח־2, תשע״ו־4
(א)לנשיא בית הדין לערעורים יתמנה עורך דין שהוא סוהר בכיר שדרגתו תיקבע בפקודות השירות.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), השר רשאי, בנסיבות מיוחדות ולבקשת הנציב, למנות כנשיא בית הדין לערעורים שופט בדימוס או סוהר בכיר בדימוס שהוא עורך דין, ודרגתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
