תיקון: תש״ם, תשס״ח־2
רשאים להגיש קבילה סוהר נפגע, שוטר נפגע או אדם מטעמם, ובלבד שאותו אדם אינו סוהר או שוטר, לפי העניין, ואם נפטר הסוהר הנפגע או השוטר הנפגע – הורהו, בן זוגו, בנו או בתו, אחיו או אחותו, או מי מטעמם.
