121. הגשת סיוע
תיקון: תש״ם
(א)סוהר לא יעשה דבר שיש בו כדי למנוע, לעכב או להפריע בהגשת קבילה לנציב הקבילות, בהעברתה או בבירורה.
(ב)סוהר ייענה לדרישת נציב הקבילות או כל מי שהוא הסמיך לכך להגיש חוות דעת מקצועית וכל מידע וסיוע אחר הדרושים לקידום בירורה של קבילה.
