80א. הוצאת פקודות השירות
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2, תשס״ה
(א)הנציב יוציא, באישור השר, הוראות כלליות שיקבעו עקרונות לענין ארגון השירות, סדרי המינהל, המשטר והמשמעת בו והבטחת פעולתו התקינה (להלן – הוראות שירות בתי הסוהר).
(ב)הנציב יוציא פקודות כלליות שיקבעו פרטים בנושאים האמורים בסעיף קטן (א) (להלן בפקודה זו – פקודות נציבות בתי הסוהר).
