80ג. דין פקודות השירות
תיקון: תשמ״ח־2
(א)לענין פקודה זו רואים את פקודות השירות כדינים.
(ב)היתה סתירה בין הוראת שירות בתי הסוהר ובין פקודת נציבות בתי הסוהר – עדיפה הוראת שירות בתי הסוהר; היתה סתירה בין פקודת נציבות בתי הסוהר לבין פקודה אחרת – עדיפה פקודת נציבות בתי הסוהר.
