95ז. חיפוש באסיר מחוץ לבית הסוהר
תיקון: תשנ״ו, תשס״ח
(א)סוהר המלווה אסיר מחוץ לבית הסוהר רשאי לערוך חיפוש על גופו בכל עת.
(ב)היה לסוהר הנמנה עם היחידה ללוחמה בסמים או יחידת ההתערבות והליווי המרכזית יסוד סביר לחשוד כי על גופו של אסיר המלווה בידי סוהר נמצאים סמים, רשאי הוא לערוך בחינה חזותית של גופו העירום.
