סוהר זוטר שחדל להיות סוהר לפי פקודה זו ולא החזיר מיד את המלבושים, הנשק, התחמושת והציוד שסופקו לו לשם מילוי תפקידו, דינו – מאסר שלושה חדשים או קנס 300 לירות.
