17. דרישת מידע
הנגיד או מי שהוא הסמיך לכך רשאי לדרוש מידע ממפעיל מערכת תשלומים וממשתתף במערכת תשלומים, לרבות מידע בעניין היקפים וסכומים של הוראות תשלום, לצורך איסוף מידע סטטיסטי ועיבודו, ובלבד שמידע כאמור לא יכלול פרטים על משתתף מסוים, על מקבל שירות ממשתתף כאמור או על עסקה מסוימת.
