18. ערעור על החלטת הנגיד
מפעיל מערכת תשלומים או משתתף במערכת תשלומים, הרואה עצמו נפגע מהוראה שנתן הנגיד לפי חוק זה, רשאי לערער עליה לבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים.
