106. חובת התקנת תקנות
תקנות ראשונות לפי סעיף 26(ב) לחוק זה ולפי סעיף 119ו(ב) לחוק התכנון והבניה, כנוסחו בסעיף 98 לחוק זה יובאו לאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, בתוך 90 ימים מיום תחילתו של חוק זה.
