מנהל מינהל התכנון, בהסכמת מנהל רשות הגז הטבעי, רשאי, אם ראה בכך צורך, לפרסם באתר האינטרנט של מינהל התכנון טפסים לעניין יישום הוראות סעיפים 26ב עד 26י, הכוללים את פרטי המידע לפי סעיפים אלו, ופרטים אלה בלבד; פורסמו טפסים לפי הוראות סעיף זה, יוגשו המסמכים כאמור לפי הטפסים כפי שפורסמו.
