29. צירוף צד
בעל הרישיון, ולענין סעיף 28(ג) סיפה – נציג המדינה, יוזמן לכל דיון בהליך לפי סעיף 28 בפני הועדה המקומית, ועדת הערר, השמאי המכריע ובית המשפט, ובכל הליך אחר בענין הפיצויים לפי סעיף 197 לחוק התכנון והבניה, ויהיה, לבקשתו, צד לכל הליך כאמור ולכל הסכם בקשר לכך.
