31. מתן שירותים בלא הפליה
בעל רישיון חייב לתת את שירותיו, באמצעות מיתקני הגז שהקים ובהתאם לקיבולתם, לכל צרכן ולכל מי שמבקש להיות צרכן, בהתאם לתנאי רישיונו; השירותים יינתנו בלא הפליה.
