61. מינוי הממונה ותפקידיו
(א)המנהל ימנה, בהתייעצות עם המועצה, ממונה על הבטיחות מבין עובדי הרשות.
(ב)הממונה יהיה בעל תואר אקדמי במקצוע ההנדסה או במקצוע אחר בתחום משק האנרגיה, ובעל ניסיון מצטבר של שלוש שנים לפחות במקצוע כאמור.
(ג)הממונה יטפל בנושא בטיחות משק הגז הטבעי כאמור בפרק ז׳ ובחוק הגז (בטיחות ורישוי), וימלא את התפקידים שהוטלו עליו לפי חוק זה ולפי כל דין אחר.
