69. חובות מסירת מידע לצרכנים ולציבור
המנהל, בהתייעצות עם המועצה, ולאחר שנתן לבעלי הרישיונות הנוגעים בדבר הזדמנות להשמיע את עמדתם, רשאי לקבוע בכללים הוראות בדבר חובתו של בעל רישיון למסור מידע לצרכנים ולציבור.
