76. חקירת אירועים
(א)הממונה רשאי לבדוק את נסיבותיו של כל אירוע שאירע במהלך פעולתו של בעל רישיון ושבו נגרם נזק לאדם או לרכוש או שבו עלול היה להיגרם נזק כאמור.
(ב)השר רשאי להתקין תקנות בדבר חובות דיווח על אירוע כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) ובדבר הליכי הבדיקה.
