81. גביה
(א)עיצום כספי ייגבה לאוצר המדינה ועל גבייתו יחול חוק המרכז לגביית קנסות, אגרות והוצאות, התשנ״ה–1995.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מסמכויות הגביה האמורות רשאי המנהל לגבות עיצום כספי בדרך של מימוש הערבויות שהמציא בעל הרישיון לפי הוראות רישיונו.
