90. קנס נמשך
לענין עבירה נמשכת לפי סימן זה רשאי בית משפט להטיל קנס נוסף על הקנסות הקבועים לאותה עבירה, פי שלושה מן הקנס האמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק העונשין לכל יום שבו נמשכת העבירה.
