92. רכישה מבעל חזקה
השר, באישור הממשלה, רשאי להורות לחברה ממשלתית הרוכשת למעלה ממחצית כמות הגז הטבעי העוברת, במהלך תקופה שיחליט עליה, במערכת ההולכה, לרכוש גז טבעי מבעל חזקה שיורה; הוראה כאמור תכלול התייחסות לתקופה ולכמות שתרכוש החברה מבעל החזקה האמור, וכן למחיר ולתנאי הרכישה שיהיו זהים למחיר ולתנאים שבהם החברה רוכשת, או יכולה לרכוש, גז טבעי מספקים אחרים באותה תקופה.
