19. ועדת עררים – סדרי דין
(א)לועדת עררים יהיו כל הסמכויות הנתונות לועדת חקירה לפי סעיף 5 לפקודת ועדות חקירה.
(ב)היה עובד מדינה בין חברי הוועדה, לא ישב בדיון על צו שניתן על ידי השר הממונה עליו.
(ג)שר המשפטים יתקין תקנות הקובעות את סדרי הדין בפני ועדת עררים, ובמידה שלא נקבעו תקבע אותן הועדה עצמה.
