20. איסור על מחיר מופקע
תיקון: תשנ״ו
(א)(בוטל).
(ב)לא נקבע למצרך בר־פיקוח מחיר מכסימלי, לא לפי חוק זה ולא לפי חיקוק אחר, ולא נקבע ריווח מכסימלי שמותר להפיק ממכירתו – לא ימכור אדם אותו מצרך ולא יציע למכרו במחיר שיש בו למוכר יותר מריווח סביר.
(ג)לענין סעיף זה, ”נקבע“ – נקבע בהוראה החלה על האדם שהוטלה עליו הגבלה לפי סעיף זה.
