35. חובת פיקוח
(א)מעביד יפקח על עובדו או מורשהו לשם מניעת ביצוע עבירות לפי חוק זה בידיהם.
(ב)לא קיים מעביד חובתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) ונעברה עבירה לפי חוק זה, דינו – מאסר שנה.
(ג)עבירה לפי סעיף זה אינה טעונה הוכחת מחשבה פלילית או רשלנות.
