36. הגנה לעובד ומורשה
תהיה הגנה לעובד או למורשה הנאשם בעבירה לפי חוק זה, אם יוכיח שפעל בשם מעבידו או בשם מרשהו ובהתאם להוראותיו, וכי האמין בתום לב שאין במעשהו משום עבירה על חוק זה.
