105. הנאמן ככונס נכסים בהוצאה לפועל

לענין נכסי פושט הרגל, ולשם החזקה בהם או עיכובם, יהיה הנאמן במעמד כונס נכסים לפי פרק ה׳ לחוק ההוצאה לפועל, התשכ״ז–1967, ובית המשפט רשאי, לפי בקשת הנאמן, לאכוף את ההחזקה או העיכוב.
