סירב הנאמן לשלם דיבידנד, רשאי בית המשפט לצוות עליו לשלמו, ואף לשלם מכיסו ריבית עליו לזמן שבו לא שולם והוצאות הבקשה, אולם לא תהא עילה לתובענה שלא מכוח פקודה זו נגד הנאמן בענין דיבידנד.
