137. זכות פושט הרגל ליתרה
תיקון: [תשל״ט], תשמ״ג [66]
אחרי שישולם כל המגיע לנושים, עם ריבית או הפרשי הצמדה או הפרשי הצמדה וריבית, עד יום התשלום, וכל הוצאות ההליכים עקב בקשת פשיטת הרגל – תשולם היתרה לפושט הרגל.
