7ב. פטור מאחריות בנזיקים שלוחי המדינה
תיקון: תשמ״ט
(א)בנסיבות שבהן אין המדינה אחראית בנזיקים לפי אחד הסעיפים 5 עד 7, יהא פטור מאחריות כאמור גם מי שבגללו היתה המדינה אחראית בנזיקים אילולא הסעיפים האמורים.
(ב)סעיף זה יחול אף לגבי מעשה או מחדל שנעשו לפני יום תחילתו, ואולם אין בו כדי לפגוע בפסק דין סופי שניתן לפני היום האמור.
