7א. התיישנות לענין חוקי שיקום
תיקון: תשכ״ג
הוגשה תובענה בנזיקין נגד המדינה ונדחתה מכוח הסעיפים 6 או 7, תסתיים תקופת ההתיישנות להגשת בקשות להענקות ותגמולים לפי חוק הנכים (תגמולים ושיקום), תשי״ט–1959 [נוסח משולב], וחוק משפחות חיילים שנספו במערכה (תגמולים ושיקום), תש״י–1950, במועד הקבוע בהם או בתום ששה חדשים מיום מתן פסק דין שאין עליו ערעור עוד, הכל לפי המועד המאוחר יותר, ובלבד שהתובענה בנזיקין הוגשה לא יאוחר משנה לאחר תום תקופת ההתיישנות הקבועה באותם חוקים.
