24. צרכים מיוחדים
(א)השר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות כללים, מבחנים ותנאים בדבר השתתפות אוצר המדינה בהוצאות לשכר דירה, לביטוח רפואי ולצרכים מיוחדים אחרים, בשיעורים ולסוגי תושבים, הכל כפי שיקבע.
(ב)בתקנות לפי סעיף זה יכול שייקבע סכום שהמוסד לביטוח לאומי יהיה רשאי לנכות מגימלה כהשתתפות בהוצאות האמורות.
(ג)הוראות סימן ג׳ לפרק זה, וכן הוראות אחרות של פרק זה שנקבעו בתקנות, יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים, גם לענין סעיף זה.
