25. מימון
(א)גימלאות לפי חוק זה ישולמו מאוצר המדינה באמצעות המוסד לביטוח לאומי.
(ב)אוצר המדינה יעביר למוסד לביטוח לאומי מדי חודש בחדשו את כל הכספים הדרושים לו כדי לבצע את התשלומים לפי החוק, לרבות ההוצאות המינהליות של המוסד הנובעות מביצוע החוק.
