27. הגשת תביעות ותשלום גימלאות
תיקון: תשמ״ו
השר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות, בין לגבי כלל הזכאים ובין לגבי סוגים מהם, הוראות בדבר –
(1)הגשת תביעה לגימלה והמסמכים שיש לצרף לתביעה;
(2)אופן התשלום של גימלאות ומועדי תשלומן;
(3)(נמחקה).
