תיקון: תשמ״ז־2
לבית דין אזורי כמשמעותו בחוק בית הדין לעבודה, התשכ״ט–1969 תהיה סמכות יחודית לדון ולפסוק בכל תובענה לפי חוק זה ובכל הנובע ממנו, למעט תביעה כאמור בסעיף 17.
