10ב. הגבלות מיוחדות
תיקון: תשנ״ז
שר המשפטים, בהתייעצות עם שר האוצר, ובאישור ועדת החוקה חוק ומשפט של הכנסת, רשאי –
(1)לקבוע הוראות בדבר הגבלות מיוחדות שיחולו על עובדי הרשות שהוסמכו לפי סעיפים 56א עד 56ג לאחר פרישתם; ההגבלות המיוחדות ייקבעו בשים לב לסמכויות ולנושאים הכרוכים בתפקידם;
(2)להסמיך אדם להתיר לעובד כאמור בפסקה (1) שפרש לחרוג מההגבלות המיוחדות.
