10ג. מתן היתר
תיקון: תשנ״ז
(א)מי שהוסמך לתת היתר לפי סעיפים 10א או 10ב רשאי להתנותו בתנאים.
(ב)לא יינתן היתר לפי סעיפים 10א או 10ב אלא אם כן נוכח נותן ההיתר כי אין בפעולה שלגביה התבקש ההיתר משום פגיעה בטוהר המידות.
