לא קיים המציע את חיוביו לפי הסעיפים 26(ב) עד 28 והמציע היה תאגיד, יהיו הדירקטורים של התאגיד, יחד ולחוד, אחראים כלפי המזמינים לכספים שלא הוחזרו להם, חוץ מדירקטור שנקט כל האמצעים הנאותים כדי להבטיח קיום אותם חיובים.
